DELIVERY & LEAD TIME

We limit our footprint by keeping our items on a made to order basis and ship directly from the source, however we do carry a limited stock of certain products. Your order will be delivered by Uafrica and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries will take place in business hours only so please take that in mind when selecting your delivery address. The shipping fee will be added to your total order during the checkout process. Please refer to the product page for specific lead times relating to the product you have chosen to purchase. 

 

Most of our products are made to order from various suppliers which means they will be dispatched on different dates and you may receive multiple deliveries.

Please refer to your order confirmation email for an indication of when each item in your order will be dispatched.

You will be notified with a detailed email including tracking details when each product has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Not satisfied with your product? We will gladly return or exchange your item within 10 days from the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Please note that most of our made to order items are non-refundable (check out the refunds tab on the specific product page). Unfortunately we do not accept returns of sale items. Please note that any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Just Living does not offer any returns for international shipments. Please note that we unfortunately do not accept returns for any products that are returned in a damaged condition due to not being sufficiently packaged, this is regardless of the reason for return.

If your product arrives damaged or shows any signs of defects we will happily replace or exchange your item, please contact us on the day of delivery of your item with images of the damages to accounts@peachta.co.za so that we can rectify any issues.​​
